We only process the data you voluntarily provide:
We do not collect special categories of data, nor carry out profiling or automated decisions with legal effects on you.
We use your data to: (a) handle and respond to your request; (b) prepare a tailored proposal or quote; and (c) maintain commercial contact related to your request.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the box and submit the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
We keep your data while we handle your request and, if a commercial relationship begins, for its duration and any applicable legal periods. Afterwards data is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time.
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we may rely on technology providers acting as data processors (email, spreadsheets and contact-management tools). Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case appropriate GDPR safeguards apply (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to autenia@proton.me stating the right you wish to exercise. In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), we inform you that the chat on this website is handled by an artificial-intelligence assistant: you are interacting with an automated system, not a natural person. Its responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies, so they are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice.
To respond to you, the content you type in the chat may be processed through AI technology providers (e.g. Google / Gemini), which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR. We recommend not entering sensitive information (passwords, full banking details, health data or third-party data without authorization). No automated decisions with legal effects on you are made.

Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used for the proper functioning of the site (for example, remembering your selected language during your visit), which is exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.
If we add measurement tools or third-party cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request your prior consent where legally required.
You can configure or block local storage from your browser settings at any time.
